Greedy Algorithms

Hi guys, recently i got a theme for my term paper. And it is, as you guessed, Greedy Algorithms. For bad i dont have lots of info about this algorithms and i would be very thankful if u could post here links or send some e-books on my e-mail: tyap4uk@gmail.com or just tell me some interesting tasks dealing with these algorithms . I'm pretty sure Wikipedia's page on Greedy Algorithms will be an excellent starting point, as would a Google search. If you have specific questions, be sure to ask here, though.
Need information on a function I've posted? Chances are it's at the MSDN.
