colision dectection with directX

colision dectection with directX

i want to do something when 2 cube kiss
how would i know ?
do i have to use the Vbuffer to keep trace the points of both boxes
or directX has a function?

am using c# but anything would help
any article on colision dectection does not have to be on directx

DirectX has no provisions for collison detection—you have to do it yourself.

GameDev has many articles on collision detection.
