C to C++ Conversion Approach

We have C code, which is having about 30 threads, these thread use about 50 globally defined structure and many global variables I want to convert/migrate this project to C++. Can you suggest a design approach for the same?

There is no general approach. You need to analyze the data and dependencies and design your data structures accordingly.
Who needs a signature anyway.
