Which is the best book in C++.
I currently reading Behroz.A.ferozyan (A structured programming approach using C++)

The book I read from which I learned to was the C programming language by Ritchie and someone else.

Well, it is not really of any high level as it just tackled pretty much the basic but already good to let you understand it and some other components.

I would suggest this one and just practice on yourself to get things better.
