Think up a simple project that interests you that caters to what you've learned, and do it. Practice practice practice.
If you've only done console things and want to move on to more complex libraries, figure out exactly what you want to learn, find a suitable library, and start working on it.

You must do lots of practice and do some innovative programs. Make it your own error and solve it then and then
you will become a master in C++. C++ is the mother of all programming languages. Make it more programs with array,
structures and make it very hard.

You become perfect in it. You can practice and then for next step you go for OOP.

After c++ you need to go for other language of your interest. Like OOP is good to go for. Or JAVA is also a good option .
