I accidentally downloaded an exe file, when I click it to run it seems doin nothing after a few second a funny picture display in just a second and disappears... I was thrilled.....
I'm just wondring how they do it...

I can do it in 2 minutes with VB and in 10 minutes with C++... 
It's very easy...
Just load a picture, make a timer, and write the rules for this timer- show the pic for 1 sec or whatever you want... it's easy

yea for that, visual basic is the easiest way to go.
I used to make fake blue screens of death to scare my parents and all.... can have loads of fun. Plus there are ways where you can shut down the computer; loads of fun.
