How to capture frame from flash movie to png without background and with considering semitransparency?

do you have the .fla file, or only the swf?
(or is this a flash movie on the internet?)

Aside from taking a screenshot and manipulating the image with a suitable program (photoshop, paint.net, etc), you're out of luck.
